Heath Steel announced that it has won the Chief Buildings 2014 Building of the Year Honorable Mention Sports-Entertainments Award for the Fort Collins Country Club Indoor Tennis Facility. The award was presented at the 2015 Builder Loyalty trip in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.

The 27,500 square foot Indoor Tennis Facility features a Chief Building with clear span design over three full size tennis courts, a viewing mezzanine, reflective bright white roof insulation, energy efficient insulated metal wall panels with a two color stucco finish, standing seam metal roof, eave extensions and cupolas.
