This 35,000 sq. ft. distribution facility contains two-story office space and a large multi-bay area serviced by state-of-the-art computers and conveyors to sort and distribute all UPS packages for Northern Colorado. The building includes numerous high-lift overhead doors and insulated exterior wall panels.
