Heath furnished and erected this award-winning $1.9 million, metal building system for Saunders Construction. It features four large monitor structures, capturing the natural light. The LTC standing seam roof in silver metallic color and walls with ground fact CMU, highlight the 53 foot tall facility.

The 67,635 square foot sports facility, winner of the 2007 Chief Building of the Year Award, houses an inline hockey rink, indoor soccer field, two full-size basketball courts, batting cages, storage, activity rooms, concessions, climbing area, and locker rooms.
